ABOUT US
Genuine Womanhood Initiative Pathway to Nation Building (GWI) is a certified Non-Governmental Organization and Social Reform Group using Etiquette, Education and Character building to restore values, promote civility and peaceful coexistence. We are weaving a sustainable fabric of ‘TRUE HUMANITY’ that will think right, choose right and act right.
Etiquette for us at GWI is beyond using appropriate cutlery but a way of life that promotes Emotional Intelligence, Social Sensitivity and Good Public Behaviour.
“If we are to promote National Security, Peaceful Coexistence, Orderliness, Respect and Consideration for all persons; we must teach Etiquette and Character in our homes. Everything starts from the home and feeds into the society.”…Jane Ndukwe
OUR PRIMARY FOCUS
WOMEN & GIRLS – They are the refining arm of society and home makers. The home, the basic unit of society, is fundamental to the success of the nation. It is the foundation of the up-building of the nation. Everything starts from the home and feeds into the society. Woman is charged with the responsibility of making her surroundings noble. Every boy and every man has a female influence of some sort. This could be a mother, sister, aunt, grandma, friend, wife, teacher or colleague. In whatever capacity we function as women, we must:
A) Be the change we want to see in the world
B) Season our words with grace
C) Dress appropriately
D) Embrace our femininity
E) Have a positive attitude
F) Be supportive of one another
G) Be mindful of our actions
